Returns and refunds

Sales are final after preorder closes.

Refunds are not available, except in cases of mod error in order processing. 

Please be sure to provide the right address! We are not responsible for shipments to the incorrect address if that is the address provided on your order.

USPS is responsible for damage incurred during shipment or nondelivery. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost by the postal service or stolen. We are not liable for damage as soon as it is handled by the postal services. If you receive a damaged package, we recommend you document it with video before opening for a postal claim.If you do not receive your items as ordered, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.

Unclaimed/undelivered packages: We cannot be responsible for these. If the package gets returned to us due to your order error, we can reship them if the buyer covers the shipping costs.
