Shipping and delivery

Shipping is done through PirateShip. Countries that we ship to are listed here : https://support.pirateship.com/en/articles/4854238-list-of-countries-with-full-tracking-for-simple-export-rate

All packages will have a tracking number that will be sent when the package is in the mail, but please allow 24 hours from email receipt for any activity to be registered.

For US deliveries, everything will be handled by USPS.

For anything going outside the US, we will still be sending an email with a tracking number when your package is put in the mail. However, this package is handled by USPS only to the point where it departs the US. It will then get another tracking number with your local delivery service and will be delivered by them.

No tariffs, import taxes, or other fees have been paid on these packages. You may need to pay to receive them; that is outside our purview. Sorry.
